By signing in to or otherwise using any application served under the glbxai.com domain (each, an "application"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applications. Individual applications may publish supplementary terms specific to that application; in the event of conflict, the supplementary terms control for that application.
Access to each application is limited to individuals explicitly granted permission by the operator or by the application's business owner. Each application has a defined purpose, identified at https://legal.glbxai.com/. You may use an application for that defined purpose only; you may not use it for any other purpose.
Application content — including any data the application displays to you, any artefacts you submit, and any output it produces — is confidential to the application's business owner. You agree not to disclose, copy, or redistribute this content outside the authorised user set without the prior written consent of the business owner.

Each application, its source code, its content, and its associated documentation are owned by the operator and the business owner of the application. You receive no licence to these materials beyond what is necessary to use the application as authorised. Where an application surfaces material owned by a third party (for example, regulatory text published by a public authority), that material remains the intellectual property of its originator.
The applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any guidance, recommendations, or analysis surfaced by an application is a working aid; it is not legal advice and does not substitute for review by a qualified subject-matter authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor the business owner of any application will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the applications, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any application at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. On termination, the obligations in sections 3 (Confidentiality), 5 (Intellectual property), 6 (No warranty), 7 (Limitation of liability), and 9 (Governing law) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of any application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
